How To Deep Condition With Heat

Deep conditioning is essential for your hair to be moisturized. If you suffer from low porosity hair I recommend you to deep condition with heat, this will do wonders to your hair.
With low porosity hair the cuticles are tightly packed together, this makes it difficult for the hair to absorb moisture.
By adding heat when you deep condition it allows for the cuticles to open up and the product to reach the cortex and the medulla, this is the inner layer of your hair.
