Turmeric Face Mask

Recently I started using a homemade face mask that gained a lot of popularity on social media, and I can understand why! This mask has been used for centuries in India and other parts of Asia, it’s made with a spice called Turmeric that’s used for cooking as well as for beauty treatments for the skin.
It’s no wonder that this spice has been used on the skin for the longest, it’s known that Turmeric has a lot of beneficial purpose for the skin.

  • Turmeric clears up dark spots and reduces Hyper pigmentation.
  • It helps with inflammatory skin, such as eczema, acne and psoriasis
  • Turmeric has a high level of antioxidants, this is good for your skin as it will slow down cell damage.
  • By using turmeric on a regular basic it will help prevent bacteria in the skin
  • It evens out the skin tone and gives a glow to the skin.
  • It’s also known that it will slow down your wrinkle process.

There are so many ways to make your own mask, so I will give 3 different recipes for you to start on, eventually you can add your own ingredients to it that are helpful for your skin.
